Angelica represents everything we've been striving for at Alpine Fiber Alpacas - outstanding performance in the ring, outstanding pedigree, and outstanding offspring. Among many other ribbons, Angelica took reserve champion in the 2001 AOBA halter show, and grand champion fleece in the 2004 AWE show (very large western US regional show). She was out of our best dam, a blue ribbon winner herself, and Accoyo Victor with Hemingway as a grandsire. Be sure to look at her offspring, Angelina, Obsidian (sold to Red Barn Alpacas), Zorro, and Phoenix - the true test of her genetic potency. Higher prices for unproven females have been paid at auction. We'll stick with what we know.
