Carmella is yet another outstanding offspring from Spartacus. She shows the sort of density that only Spartacus can pass along. She has beautiful coverage from the top of her gorgeous head down to her toes - check out her top knot! Her last cria, Carmen, is really developing a beautiful fleece (see her photo's). Check out Sassafras to see what Carmella can throw! Carmella has a very mellow temperment and we've noticed the same in all of her offspring. She is also a great milk producer. At one point, she was nursing 3 crias at the same time; her own, the cria of a deceased dam, and a cria rejected by her dam after shearing! We bred Carmella this year to our own color champion, Firestorm. She is due 7/09. |
